New Facebook Page Layout – More Tips

New Facebook Page Layout in 2014 - More Tips

As you wait for the new Page layout to roll-out, we will be sharing more tips and resources so you can start to prepare your content and marketing strategies now.

Here are 3 useful resources I’ve seen this week:

(1) Facebook Q & A

Facebook answers the top 5 questions users have asked about the new Page layout.
Click here to see the Q & A post.

(2) Facebook Notes

B Squared Media shares a great tip on their Page:  Facebook Notes are indexed by Google.

It also looks like Notes may be showcased more in the new Page layout (in the new left column).

You may want to think of Notes as mini-blog posts and add a few to your content calendar. I experimented a little with Notes in the past; this may be incentive to start using them again.

Check out Guy Kawasaki’s page to see the new layout (and the Notes section).

(3) New “Pages to Watch” Feature

Amy Porterfield has a great post about how to use the “Pages to Watch” feature to get ideas for your Page.

(Our blog)

If you didn’t catch my blog post last week with a few tips to help you prepare for the new layout, you can read it here.

I’ll add more posts and updates as the roll-out continues so check back soon; in the meantime, I think I’ll experiment again with Notes on our Page.
