In addition to the awesome resources above, we share our own Tip of the Week, so I hope you find it useful!
Tip of the Week: Focus your efforts where your customers spend their time
As we start the new year, you may be thinking of expanding your social media efforts to new platforms. Or maybe you’re reading this as you prepare to launch your business on your first social media site.
But as a small business owner or solo-preneur, your time is very limited. You need to make it count!
So…before you put a 2016 social media strategy into action, do some research on where your target audience is hanging out. Ask your current customers which social sites they use the most or where they look for businesses like yours.
No customers yet? Check out the social profiles of a successful business person (or brand) who markets to your target audience. Get some ideas from someone who is having success on those platforms.
